Know the objections before you hear them.

In Czechia, you no longer have to keep quiet about pay.

Your employer already cannot forbid you from telling colleagues what you earn. Under the planned amendment to the Labour Code, from 2027 job applicants will learn the salary before negotiating, and from 2028 employees will be able to ask in writing for the average pay in comparable positions.
